Shipping

Using our service couldn't be easier, we are as close as your mailbox!
We have customers all over Canada!

1. Save up your items to be sharpened.  It makes sense to ship multiple items because shipping won't cost much more.  Also, it makes more sense to have multiple things sharpened at once to offset shipping expenses.

2. Safely secure and package your items.  Protect your edges by wrapping each item and taping scissors closed.  Include a piece of paper with your name, return address, phone number and email address.

3. Ship your item to us via Canada Post, Purolator, UPS or Greyhound.

4. Wait for us to sharpen and return ship your items, usually within 24 to 48 hours.  We will return ship the items the same way you sent them to us.  If you use Xpresspost, we use Xpresspost.  If you use Greyhound, we use Greyhound.  If you use a carrier pigeon, well...

Please Read Shipping Notes

We highly recommend using Xpresspost for its tracking and guaranteed shipping time.  Canada Post offers money back on shipping if it doesn't arrive on time.  It has standard $100 content insurance with more available for a fee.  It's an additional cost that is a small price to pay for peace of mind in transport of your items. 

In order to keep shipping costs low, we always return your items with minimum insurance unless you request full insurance.  Please be sure to notify us in advance if you want your package insured for the full retail amount.

We provide fast and efficient service.  If there will be any unusual delays in our service, we will let you know. 

Please note that Sharp Shop cannot be ´╗┐responsible´╗┐ for items delayed or lost in shipping. If you are concerned, please use Xpresspost with tracking and signature to track your items.
